Where workers are arranged to work on statutory holidays, they shall be paid no less than 300% of their wages.As the most important festival of the year, the standard of leave and overtime pay during the Spring Festival has also been clarified. During the Spring Festival, from February 10 to February 12 (Spring Festival, second day and third day), overtime will be paid 3 times the salary. 根据规定，休息日安排劳动者工作又不能安排补休的，支付不低于工资的200%的工资报酬。法定休假日安排劳动者工作的，支付不低于工资的300%的工资报酬。

作为一年内最为重要的节日，春节期间的休假及加班工资标准也已经明确。在春节期间，2月10日-2月12日（春节、初二、初三）加班发放3倍工资。其余全年内的节假日加班工资发放标准请参照下方图片。

2024年元旦、春节、清明节、劳动节、端午节、中秋节和国庆节放假调休日期的具体安排如下：

Spring Festival: February 10 to 17 holiday, a total of 8 days. February 4 (Sunday), February 18 (Sunday) work. Encourage all units to implement the system of paid annual leave and arrange employees to rest on New Year's Eve (February 9).
