Client requested hydromilling execution service in the yard and MYDUS team is proceeded onsite survey to check all the details.

MYDUS / Client recognize that several line is difficult to clean all the pipe line because of complicated route, plus also recognized that SUS pipe line could replace to more simple method to reduce the period and cost.

1. Communicated with client engineering center / commissioning lead and suggested better solution with revised procedures / job safety analysis / drawings.

A.Changed cleaning method from hydromilling to air jetting for SUS pipe line.

(Residual Gas, Circulation CO2, CO2 Make up pipe line) » It is new concept of method. So, air jetting mock-up simulation is proceeded in advance to check quality.

Assurance / safety issue check and preparation perfectnes check.

B.Changed cleaning method from hydromilling to pig cleaning for complicated line.
