《国务院关于修改〈全国年节及纪念日放假办法〉的决定》已经2024年11月8日国务院第45次常务会议通过，现予公布，自2025年1月1日起施行。

按照上述原则，自2025年1月1日起，全体公民放假的假日增加2天，其中春节、劳动节各增加1天。现将2025年元旦、春节、清明节、劳动节、端午节、中秋节和国庆节放假调休日期的具体安排通知如下。

一、元旦：1月1日（周三）放假1天，不调休。

二、春节：1月28日（农历除夕、周二）至2月4日（农历正月初七、周二）放假调休，共8天。1月26日（周日）、2月8日（周六）上班。

三、清明节：4月4日（周五）至6日（周日）放假，共3天。

四、劳动节：5月1日（周四）至5日（周一）放假调休，共5天。4月27日（周日）上班。

五、端午节：5月31日（周六）至6月2日（周一）放假，共3天。

六、国庆节、中秋节：10月1日（周三）至8日（周三）放假调休，共8天。9月28日（周日）、10月11日（周六）上班。

节假日期间，各地区、各部门要妥善安排好值班和安全、保卫、疫情防控等工作，遇有重大突发事件，要按规定及时报告并妥善处置，确保人民群众祥和平安度过节日假期。

The Decision of The State Council on amending the National Holiday Measures for Annual Festivals and AnniVersaries, which was adopted at the 45th Executive Meeting of The State Council on November 8, 2024, is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of January 1, 2025.

In accordance with the above principles, From January 1, 2025, all citizens will have two more days off, of which the Spring Festival and Labor Day will each have one more day.The specific arrangements for New Year's Day, Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday in 2025 are notified as follows.

1, New Year's Day: January 1 (Wednesday) holiday 1 day, not rest.

2. Spring Festival: January 28 (Lunar New Year's Eve, Tuesday) to February 4 (lunar New Year's Day, Tuesday) holiday, a total of 8 days. January 26 (Sunday), February 8 (Saturday) work.

3.Tomb Sweeping Day: April 4 (Friday) to 6 (Sunday) holiday, a total of 3 days.

4.Labor Day: May 1 (Thursday) to 5 (Monday) holiday, a total of 5 days. April 27th (Sunday) work.

5.Dragon Boat Festival: May 31 (Saturday) to June 2 (Monday) holiday, a total of 3 days.

6, National Day, Mid-Autumn Festival: October 1 (Wednesday) to 8 (Wednesday) holiday, a total of 8 days. September 28 (Sunday), October 11 (Saturday) work.

During the holidays, all regions and departments should properly arrange duty and safety, security, epidemic prevention and control work, and in case of major emergencies, they should timely report and properly handle them in accordance with regulations, so as to ensure that the people spend the holiday peacefully and safely.
